Jared Nelson was who we worked with and not once was he too pushy nor did he constantly ask me to buy from the dealership. They have a wonderful facility and salesmen that make you feel like you aren't dreading going car shopping. He listened to our needs and wants in a new car and went above and beyond getting us the best financing rates available. He was also very patient with us since we had our 2 year old that wasn't always the most patient being there for so long. Wickstrom and Jared will definitely be first on our list when we purchase another car. More

Looking for a Hybrid Having bought cars for over 50 years, I have to say this was the most customer friendly experience I have ever had. Wickstrom Auto Group and my sales Having bought cars for over 50 years, I have to say this was the most customer friendly experience I have ever had. Wickstrom Auto Group and my sales agent Eric Jensen went out of their way to make our buying experience very satisfying. We were looking for a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid and we had been to 5 other dealers before we got to Eric and Wickstrom. The other 5 dealers were either unpleasant to deal with or did not have the car we were looking for. In searching the inventory of dealers in the area, it looked like Wickstrom had what we were looking for. I sent a message to the dealership and Eric got back to me in a very short time with a picture and description of the car they had on the lot. We talked on the phone and even though it was his day off, Eric said he would drive out to us (25 miles one way) for a test drive. When he got here, and we had said we would be interested in buying the car, he left the Hybrid with us while he drove our trade in back to the dealership for an appraisal and then back to us. We agreed on the price for both the trade in and the new car on the spot. We met Eric and his finance guy at Eric's desk the next day. There was no high pressure sales pitch for any additional coverage and we concluded the paper work in about 30 minutes. Eric showed us the features of the car and we were off and driving with a full charge on the battery and a full tank of gas.
