Within the hour I was test driving one of the cars (that was waiting out front when I pulled up), and I ended up driving it home that night. An Effortless and Professional Experience I was in the market for a new Jeep Cherokee, but since I had a bad service experience at the dealership where I purchased my 2014 JK, I decided to loo I was in the market for a new Jeep Cherokee, but since I had a bad service experience at the dealership where I purchased my 2014 JK, I decided to look elsewhere this time. So, I responded to several dealership's website's invitations for "Get Internet Price." Every dealership responded, but in drastically different ways. Most of the responses were, unfortunately, borderline illiterate which didn't necessarily give me confidence that they would know what they were doing if I went to their dealership. Also, they wouldn't actually give me a price through email unless I came in - but that defeats the purpose of getting a price via email in the first place. Then, Alexandra Collins at Wickstrom responded to my email and told me the rebates and incentives that I was actually eligible for. I don't qualify for the military or recent college grad rebates, so I wanted a real price. She gave one to me. As I continued to check around, Alex was persistent in following up, but she wasn't annoying at all. Her tone was very professional. At the end of the day, I found that the price Wickstrom was offering was a good one so I met Alex at the dealership for a test drive. She spent quite a bit of time with me and never once pressured me to buy. Same with Andy McCormick the sales manager. It was a very easygoing atmosphere. Well, I ended up buying a new 2018 Jeep Cherokee that day and everything went smoothly. Many thanks to Alex and the rest of the Wickstrom team. More
