My experience began with Brandon on 3/16/2012 and he was patient, knowledgeable, and more than willing to answer our questions. We test drove two vehicles, and never once was I pressured to make a decision on the spot. Brandon follow-ed up with on Saturday, and on 3/19/2012 we returned to the dealership to review addtional options with Brandon. Again, no pressure to buy and he willingly answered my many questions. At the end of the day, partially because there was no pressure, we ended up purchasing a new Ford Taurus. The trade amount offered was fair, and even when Brandon got his manager Joe Frederick involved, it was only to introduce him to us and never once did Joe put any pressure on us. He did make himself available if we needed his help, but ultimately that was not required. When dealing with the numbers, Todd was able to get us a finance rate less than we had been able to find on our own, a nice way to complete a win/win situation for all. In my many years of purchasing vehicles, I typically left the dealership feeling "dirty". When I left Wickstrom, I could not have felt better. Thanks to everyone on their staff. More

Wickstrom has demonstrated a high level of ethics, personal involvement, service and tenacity in perfect balance to provide the vehicle and value that keeps me coming back. As a bonus, Wickstrom is highly involved in the community. Now my kids are grown and they are returning to Wickstrom with my encouragement…we refer to our salesman, Brian Powell as "our family car guy".. 'Nuf said! More
I have brought my navi in three times this year, tires, brakes, suspension, and now a tune up along with a fuel line flush. I have dealt with Markus from the beginning. He looks to save me money without compromising quality. Always set me up with a loaner so I can get on with my day. Went to Wickstrom after a HORRIBLE experience at another dealership. Jamie was WONDERFUL, she was so helpful and understanding of what I was looking for. I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment with Jamie, who came in on her day off to accomodate my schedule. Brandon had the car I was looking at pulled up front and went over all the features of it and answered any questions I had about it until Jamie arrived.This was by far the most painless process I have been through. No crazy number games everything was done to the point and my payment was right where I needed it to be. I've had my new car almost a week and have NOTHING bad to say about it or my experience at Wickstrom. Recommending everyone to go to Wickstrom you won't regret it. More
My car is currently in now for the 8th time this summer for the AC. Multiple parts have been replaced, yet I still have the same problem about a week and half after I get it serviced repeatedly. I only bring the car back because it is on warranty. I was told that they understand my frustration. I asked the question "Have you had your car worked on 8 times for the same problem?" He answered, "No." Me, "Well, I guess you do not understand how I feel. This whole experience has made me and my family think about what our next car purchase will be. If they can't figure out an AC problem, what will happen when something major happens? More
The Ford service dept is excellent. Mike Murphy has taken great care of me over the years and I now service all of my personal and work vehicles with them, even our Chevy. Mike's ability to go well above exp great care of me over the years and I now service all of my personal and work vehicles with them, even our Chevy. Mike's ability to go well above expectations and the fact that he treats me like I have a fleet of 50 vehicles to service sealed the deal for me. I mostly appeciate the fact that I get that small town feel when I pull up and Mike knows me by name. I am now a lifelong customer even though another Ford dealer is more convenient all because of the great customer service by Mike and the other service staff. More
We just bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Jared and the entire experience was GREAT!! I contacted him several weeks ago and, over the phone, he quickly helped me narrow down my choices of trim leve and the entire experience was GREAT!! I contacted him several weeks ago and, over the phone, he quickly helped me narrow down my choices of trim levels to the one that best met my needs. We had several email exchanges over the past few weeks, aqll of which were helpful and to the point, with no pressure. I scheduled my test drive this morning and he had carved out the appropriate amount of time to explain all of the car's features to me before we hit the road. When we got down to the pricing discussion, it was low key and very fair - no haggling. Jeep had a good financing rate, but the team at Wickstrom offered to shop the rate and see if they could do better - which they did. They were able to beat Jeep's "special rate" by a full 1%; even better, when they wrote up the paperwork, the rate was even LOWER by an additional .15%. Very positive experience with smart professional people which focused on my needs and did not oversell. Very fair purchase negotiation in a friendly environment. I would definetly recommend Wickstrom (and Jared) for anyone looking to buy a new Jeep! Ralph S. More
This is our sixth new car from Wickstrom, and the sixth from Chris Moose. Chris has sold us two Explorers, two Expeditions, an Escape Hybrid, and now a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Extreme Rubicon, for a total of ab from Chris Moose. Chris has sold us two Explorers, two Expeditions, an Escape Hybrid, and now a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Extreme Rubicon, for a total of about $175,000 in vehicles. As in the past, Chris was responsive, honest, fair and knowledgeable. He was direct, professional, and respectful of my time – as a busy business owner something I greatly appreciate. He spent the time to ensure he had a clear understanding of my needs and desires for a new vehicle, and then made precise, accurate and insightful recommendations. Chris worked to research and offer a fair price for a slightly unusual trade in, and worked equally diligently to ensure a fair overall transaction price for the new vehicle. He never insulted my intelligence by pretending Wickstrom are doing anything other than running a business, albeit a customer focused business – but a venture that involves profit. In his quest to ensure I got exactly the vehicle I wanted and needed, he went as far as repeatedly questioning whether I really, really wanted the 2” lift kit I thought I wanted – and he was right – the vehicle was perfect just as it was. A less scrupulous dealer might have just slapped the lift kit on and sent me on my way, $2,500 lighter, but on the road to being less happy with my purchase. For this Chris has my great respect and gratitude. Chris and his team made sure I was conversant with the operation of the vehicle (not a quick task with a Jeep) and has checked in with me several times to ensure all is well with our new Jeep. In closing, I could not be happier with the vehicle, and my dealings with Chris. He is a consummate professional, and I strongly recommend him for an unmatched dealer experience. More

Don't be fooled with how nice these guys treat you when you walk through the door. They are con-artists with one goal in mind...to basically screw you. Andy(sales mgr) lied to my face when discussing the deal that they proposed. He was very condescending as well. What a complete joke this dealership is. Word will get out that Wickstrom is not the place to buy a new car. I have many friends in the Barrington area who have inquired about this joint and they will now know to not even consider stepping foot into this den of thieves. More
