Worst experience ever! This dealership cashed our bank loan check before we signed the papers for the sale. We left the dealership because the rig wouldn’t start and gave them a few days to remedy the situation. When we came back, they had already cashed our bank check for $40,000. Our signature was not on the contract. When I confronted the manager his response was “I don’t have to deal with this sh—!” The rig was not as advertised with a triton 10 engine, instead it turned out to be an eight cylinder Chevy workhorse. Not a single detail was accurate as they advertised it. We haven’t taken it out yet for our first camping trip and we are having to completely replace the brakes because they are dangerous and not functioning. The dash air conditioning vacuum ruptured the first time we drove it to park in the storage unit. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. I tried to leave a review on their website and it would not allow me to do so. More
