It was on May 2nd, 2019, that my wife and I drove by Wholesalers Unlimited, LLC on Rt. 28 in Auburn. I was in search of a used vehicle that we could afford. The signs outside the dealership caught our attention so I turned around and headed back. After a brief discussion with son, Mike Canales, he introduced us to his Dad, owner Mike Sr. and within an hour, I purchased a 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. On May 30th of that year, I penned a 5 STAR review of WU. Today is June 3rd, 2022, and I'm pleased, make that “THRILLED”, to say that my 5 STAR rating remains unchanged. Over the past three plus years, I have stopped in several times for either vehicle inspection or routine maintenance. If repairs were necessary, Mike Sr. has always explained exactly what needed to be done and why. He'd then check with local parts shops for the cost of the item, which was followed by a search of the internet for a competitive price (often WAY BELOW the market price). After answering any question(s) I might have, he'd then order the part and set a date for its installation. Once the needed repair was complete, he'd sit me down in his office and show me (via his computer) the recorded work that had been done by his mechanic (which sometimes included himself), Following that, he'd take me out to my truck and show me the exact part that was replaced, explaining why it was necessary. I'm 79 and have owned more than 30 vehicles (most of them pre-owned). Over that period of time I have visited numerous dealerships, garages, and repair shops. While, thankfully, the majority of them have treated me with courtesy, NONE are equal to the care and concern I have received from Mike Sr., his wife, Mary, or his son, Mike Jr. When I have thanked them for the special way I believed I had been treated, their answer has always been...”Thank you, but that's the way we treat all of our customers.” At first I thought that was just pre-rehearsed “employee-speak”. However, after sitting in the waiting room while my truck was in the shop and getting the opportunity to speak with fellow customers, I have found that the old adage “There is nothing so powerful as truth.” rang true here. Instead, you will find a family of people who have a skill set of working on and knowing cars, who have decided to use that skill set to help people. You dont typically hear that from a car place do you?! They are actually passionate about making sure people like me can get a safe, reliable vehicle affordable and they really stick their necks out for it! No, I haven't been douped, I haven't been tricked, and I haven't been paid to write this! :) They will chanhe your oil when you need it if you bring the oil to them, you find something wrong with the car, you bring it to them, they fix it! You have 3 days to bring it back no questions asked, and they mean that. They let you test drive as many as you need to, they move the cars out for you, they are supportive of you inspecting every inch of the car. They will fix whatever you need fixed before you buy it, amazing prices. Super clean, clean bathroom, clean waiting room, toys for kids, huge flat screen TV, comfy reclining chairs, the extra mile is a full kitchen stocked for customers and they even have a charging port with all of the different brands of Chargers! Fast, friendly, not slimy or pressuring. The biggest feature that they are here for is no interest, half down, 6 months same as cash, no insurance requirement, no doc fees, no credit check, no income verification, 29 day plates and state inspection included!!!! It doesn't get better than this! Nobody is perfect, but nothing less than a 5 star rating will ever fit this place in my opinion. I will always, always come back. Like they said, they usually only lose customers if they decide to buy a brand new car someday! If you need a car, or if, like me, a divorce left you with bad credit, come here! For many people, the thought of purchasing a used vehicle is accompanied by the concern that you may also be buying the previous owner's “headaches” and no one wants to put good money toward a bad investment. Add to that the fact that I'm retired, in my mid-70's, and living on a fixed income, what I spend my money on isn't just important, it becomes critical. However, at Wholesalers Unlimited, LLC, I found that I could eliminate my worries! From the moment I walked through their office door, the service I received from the son, Michael, Dad, Mike, and wife/Mom, Mary, was impeccable. As a result of our positive experience, my wife and I decided to buy one of the vehicles on their lot...a 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. Following the purchase, when I mentioned to son, Michael, that I believed the treatment I received really made me feel “special”, he said that he didn't want me to take his comment the wrong way, but that he and his family wanted all their customers to feel that same way. Never had a problem I bought a truck 4 years ago and it still runs great, had the usually minor things done but overall it was a great deal for me and Mike 4 years ago, I I bought a truck 4 years ago and it still runs great, had the usually minor things done but overall it was a great deal for me and Mike 4 years ago, I've brought my truck back in for state inspection for 4 years and it has always passed. this past week I had Mike do my front breaks, rotors and a few other minor parts and state inspection when done it was very inexpensive cost to me considering it would have cost me 3 times as much at regular repair shop or dealership. people are very friendly and will help you in any way possible. Mike is a great and will give you the best deal. More

My family and I test drove 5 different vehicles before we made the final selection. Every single vehicle that we drove was a good deal which made it hard to make the final selection. Poor Mikey had to move over 20 cars to accommodate us, you’ll know what I mean when you visit them. Their cars are stacked like sardines, but I got to tell you, every single one started right up on the 1st try! I appreciate that they showed me the title and the title history report prior to making the purchase and did not rush through the paperwork, but explained every document in detail. The whole atmosphere was very low key without any pressure. This was the first time that I did not haggle over the price of a car! And yes, you got to love the Fire xxxxx at the end of the deal! More
