I purchased a used vehicle & comprehensive warranty from Wholesale Inc. a few weeks ago. WITHIN 6 DAYS, my car was broken down (so much for the inspection before they put it on the lot for sale). Also, the car salesman told me it was 4 wheel drive, but it wasn’t. Also he told me it was in excellent condition but I later noticed the bumper was seriously damaged underneath the vehicle. He said they service all cars before selling and I later find out my car’s oil wasn’t even changed. I reached out to Wholesale Inc to ask about the warranty and process in getting my car fixed. I called the service Dept several times, leaving a message, & did not get follow up. Finally I called a fourth time and someone answered. They informed me that my comprehensive warranty (most coverage possible) might not cover the towing service, etc... However when I was buying the vehicle and warranty I was guaranteed that the comprehensive warranty covered close to everything, including towing, would be covered. I have had to go to an actual dealership to get help. WHOLESALE INC HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE TO WORK WITH! Stay away! If anyone would like more information, I am open to sharing. Good luck More

Still waiting for a title 26 days and counting... I purchased ... no wait....... since I still do not have a title I should say I have attempted to purchase a vehicle. I went to Madison Tn. on July 19 I purchased ... no wait....... since I still do not have a title I should say I have attempted to purchase a vehicle. I went to Madison Tn. on July 19, 2018 and to be honest I was told they did not have the title for the 2008 Dodge Ram 3500, despite it all ready being listed online for sale. It has now been 26 days since the original purchase date. I was given a temporary tag that got me through the first 20 days but now I have a truck I cannot drive nor can I get a tag for it. Since I did not receive a Title application when I was allowed to pick the truck up my finance company will not release funds so that Wholesale Inc. has not been paid. I have requested that they take back the truck and cancel my contract but was told by the sales manager that the deal was finalized no matter that I did not have a title nor had they been paid, so that wasn't possible , but they would be so kind as to repurchase the vehicle for significantly less than I purchased it for. Unfortunately I signed an Arbitration agreement or I would simply sue them . I would not recommend dealing with these wolves in sheeps clothing. More
