Typical used car lies. Went to this place to find a car for my wife. They had one that was close to what I wanted. We agreed on price and I was going to finance elsewhere Went to this place to find a car for my wife. They had one that was close to what I wanted. We agreed on price and I was going to finance elsewhere but they told me they had 2.9% financing so I went with them. My wife went down to sign the paperwork (I came down sick) and when she came back, they had given her almost double the interest rate! Cost me nearly 2,000 in interest. Manager said he would look into it and get back with me, which he never did. Part of the agreement was that they were going to replace an armrest that was damaged and full of holes. After two months or waiting for them to "order" one, we were asked to bring the car in. When we picked it up, the armrest was the same armrest, still had a hole on the side that they missed and the rest of the wholes had some kind of "repair" job on it. Once again, liars and cover ups. They refused to do anything about the interest when I went back in to meet the manager. I offered to split the 2K loss as a mutual error and would be happy if they gave me half the interest back. They told me I was stuck with it, that no one got 2.9% rates (I still have the texts of 2.9%), and if I did not like it, I could go refinance it. P.S. The car was broken when I first drove it and I had to tell them what was wrong, then after I got it in less than a week it was broken again and I had to take it back to them. They said they were happy with what they did! More

When I got there I was greeted happily and was brought to see the car in the show room!!!!!!! I wasn't pressured my expectations were spoken and gladly accepted Calvin was very informative and helpful through the whole process we came back the next day with my husband he drove the car when we left just hours later with our brand new to us Chevy Traverse I love it I love it I love it I can't say enough about how easy that experience was even though I had anxiety about it.
