He was honest about the vehicle history, and issues the original one had. He definitely made every part of the process that he handled very quick and painless. Now, as for the companies policies towards other issues, the financial department made things a headache. To elaborate, I was eligible for my license to be reinstated, however I hadn't had a running vehicle, so I hadn't bothered to reinstate them yet. I had originally planned on letting a family member drive my new car home, and then going to the DMV to get my license. The problem though, Wholesale wouldn't allow anybody else to drive the vehicle off the lot except me, but they wouldn't let me either because I didn't have a valid DL yet. Well, here's the issue, I am required to have an interlock device (breathalyzer) installed on my vehicle, and show proof of it in order to be eligible to get my license back. So, I can't take the car to have the interlock installed because I don't have a valid license, but I can't go get a valid license, because I don't have the car to have the interlock installed in. But, finally, after 3 hectic days, I'll finally be able to get my car to my driveway, as long as everything goes as planned tomorrow afternoon. Man, what an ordeal it has been! Again though, Elijah has been great! He has been more than helpful throughout everything, and has went well out of his way to get things taken care of for me! More
