They did a very good job, were prompt in getting back with me and answering any questions I had. They were very easy to work with and would recommend them highly. There were just a couple things that concerned me. I would have liked for the car we bought to have been serviced and detailed before we bought it and to have more than a 1/4 tank of gas in the car. I understand they move cars quickly, but still would have been a nice courtesy to have those things done. More

Great Customer Service First of all, I happened upon this dealership, not necessarily looking for a vehicle. My husband and I had wanted a Chrysler Town and Country for a f First of all, I happened upon this dealership, not necessarily looking for a vehicle. My husband and I had wanted a Chrysler Town and Country for a few years but didn't want to pay for a new vehicle. When I saw a logo for Wholesale Inc., I wanted to check it out just to see what it was all about. Low and behold, almost the first thing I saw was a Chrysler Town and Country. I looked over the specs and was very impressed. So I inquired about it. Scott kept in contact with me through the entire process. When the vehicle was brought to Mt. Juliet, my husband and I went right over to test drive it. Everything looked great and the van drove very nicely. Scott informed us about all the "bells and whistles" on the van and even let us know that it needed new tires. Nothing was hidden from us. We applied to purchase the van. We were approved and drove home that night in a "new" vehicle. We have since drove it on an 800 mile round trip and had no problems. The van is so comfortable and luxurious. Matt was Amazing Matt was willing to stay late until we could get there. From the moment we walked in the door, he was friendly and we felt very comfortable with him. These guys worked hard for us! They stayed way after closing time to work with us and make sure we were happy with our purchase. We feel that we were treated great and all of our questions were answered. We walked in, met Matt, took a look at the truck and drove it, and sat down for over an hour. We never felt rushed to make the decision, even when we were there an hour after they closed. They put up with our questions and explained everything on our level. We will use them again. More

The entire staff there is beyond friendly and the atmosphere was laid back and I felt zero pressure from any one to make a purchase. I met with Matt Holland who spent the beginning of our encounter getting to know me and then learning what I was looking for in a vehicle and what finance options we could do with my budget. Then we went and looked at the vehicle I had already been in contact with him about a few days prior. The vehicle I had came to look at was in excellent condition and was at a steal of a price. Seeing it in person sealed the deal for me and we made arrangements for me to come back the following Monday to test drive it and move forward with purchasing. When I came back Monday the process was smooth as could be and I was out of there in no time it felt like. All of the guys at wholesale know their stuff and are really nice and willing to help out any way they can. Overall was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a vehicle, and will definitely be back for future vehicle purchases. More

Way better than Madison Wholesale Inc.
