He worked with me for over a week on the telephone and internet. He listened to what I wanted and followed through with everything in a prompt manner. Upon delivery of my truck at the establishment in Mt. Juliet, TN, everything was incredible. The whole entire experience was incredible. All the employees, everyone, was friendly, helpful, and courteous . The place was outstanding. Find a deal online that looks too good to be true but it is! I have given this dealer the 5 star rating because this is the best used car buying experience that I have ever had. I found a replacement for my car I have given this dealer the 5 star rating because this is the best used car buying experience that I have ever had. I found a replacement for my car that had been totaled out without going out into the cold. We found a deal online that seemed too be to good to be true. When we drove to Mt. Juliet, TN we asked the salesman to see the car and we drove the car and saw that this deal was for real. We were treated in a very courteous and professional manner and got financing at a far lower rate than I thought would be possible. They also provide a huge selection of late model used cars brought in from all over the USA . You can cherry pick through tens of thousands of clean used cars headed towards their wholesale auction barns before dealers from all over the country get a chance to bid on them. I will refer all of my friends and relatives here for their used car purchases. More

I found the car online and through a buying program was ready to purchase. I had my loan approved before going into the dealership and the car was still available, so purchase was easy after a test drive. My first contact was Robbie Crowder and he explained the process of buying from this dealership. When I returned to purchase Robbie was busy so Harold York handled the sale. He was calm and able to answer all my questions. I really like that the dealership provides Carfax for all their cars. The selection of cars is pretty awesome. I would highly recommend this dealership, Harold and Robbie. More

Great Service w Sales; Poor w Finance Matt Holland was my salesman and he was very good to work with. However, John Lennon the finance manager was not. He cashed a $10,000.00 deposit ch Matt Holland was my salesman and he was very good to work with. However, John Lennon the finance manager was not. He cashed a $10,000.00 deposit check prior to the vehicle I was looking to buy completed the inspection process. This was specifically talked through prior to the deal being made and he said himself “it would be illegal for me to deposit the check without you having the vehicle in hand. This was at 3p on a Friday. By end of business day he had the check deposited. Crooked business. When the deal fell on Monday morning because of a flaw in the vehicle i wanted my deposit check back. That’s when i discovered that the check was already cashed. I had to demand our deposit back and drive back to the dealership to get a check for $10,000.00. Mr. Lennon basically walked up to me, didn’t say a word - no apologies, no “I’m sorry for the mixup”. Nothing. Just handed me the check and pretty much walked off. No way I’ll ever do business with this company again, which is a shame because Matt Holland and Sales Manager Matt Ridder(?) were great guys to work with. In addition, Wholesale Inc does great Christian ministry work. Mr. Lennon does not represent the core values of the company based on my experience. Had he apologized or at least came clean with the error I wouldn’t be taking the time to write this review as long as it is. But hand me a check and say nothing like it’s my fault? I don’t think so. This experience convinces me that my purchase of all future vehicles will be with individuals and not dealers. Nothing has changed when you have to deal with the finance people at dealerships. More

Robbie Crowder and the crew at Wholesale Inc. were fantastic I found a truck searching online and went to Wholesale Inc. later that day.
