Great Customer Service!!! After looking at so many cars, I was on the fence about buying this car. Although it was perfect, it was a bit out of my price range, so I decided at the last minute to pass on it. As we were getting on the interstate, I changed my mind and decided it was the PERFECT car for me. Being that we left the office as it was closing, you can imagine my panic when I called and they had left for a night. Knowing that Jeremy had told me that the car was going to be auctioned off in morning. I texted Jeremy's cell and he responded back quickly. Jeremy went out of his way to ensure that the car would be pulled from auction and it would be ready for me the next day. Jeremy called me the next morning and I was able to place a deposit on the car until I could pick it up. Not only was Jeremy's customer service exceptional that night, but also in the weeks that followed. The other thing I noticed was the salesmen were happy to help one and other. At one point Jeremy needed help with some of the paperwork, and one of his counterparts, Mark Jones offered to come over and assist. Not your typical salesmen reps. A week or so after my purchase, Jeremy called me to see how everything was going and to see how I was enjoying my new car. Jeremy already had my business that day, but by checking on me and my purchase and Thanked me for choosing his company, he gained a customer for life. Most companies are all about you until they get your money, then you never hear from them again. I have already referred my friends and family to go see Jeremy for their auto needs. Most folks like me, hate buying a car, Jeremy made the experience pleasant. I am VERY happy with my purchase! I hope to do business again with Jeremy at Wholesale INC. More
