Great Service I have a Ram and a Mazda and have enjoyed great service from Whitten Brothers. Their staff is excellent from write-up to follow-up after the repair. I I have a Ram and a Mazda and have enjoyed great service from Whitten Brothers. Their staff is excellent from write-up to follow-up after the repair. I drive the extra 30 minutes to Whitten as I have found they seem to care about my needs without the pressure to buy. I often wait, and it seems many other customers also wait and I have never seen an upset customer. When the repair requires extended time, I have been given alternate transportation and then receive excellent follow-up by phone of the on-going repair work. Great people and highly recommend them for your service needs. More

The service at the Parts Department is Amazing I needed to check my spare remote access key to my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee.. It would sound an alarm and I had a guy at a local hardware store insta I needed to check my spare remote access key to my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee.. It would sound an alarm and I had a guy at a local hardware store install a battery and it did not work properly as in the alarm would go off for no reason. I called the dealership and spoke with Chris and then I brought the key in. I was fortunate that Chris in the Parts Dept. was working. He cleaned the inside of my key thingie , changed the battery and tested it. It works perfectly and thanks to Chris I did not need a new key. Thank you Chris !! More

I came in to adjust a future appointment and buy wiper blades but they went above and beyond to help me out when I locked my keys inside my car. I use to go to a dealership in Maryland and was consistently underwhelmed with their service. It’s only my second time here but this dealership seems like a real gem! More

Very Disappointed I was treated fairly and courteously by the salesman, although on 2 different occasions he neglected to get back to me with information I requested. I was treated fairly and courteously by the salesman, although on 2 different occasions he neglected to get back to me with information I requested. My problems occurred with the Service Department. One of the items I requested was done but not completely. Another item requested was done incorrectly. Another item requested was not done at all. When I picked my car up, the entire driver's area was trashed. The floor was covered with dirt, there were shoe prints on the door, on the scuff plate and on the side of the console. It took me an hour to clean the car when I got home. This was a car less than a week old. The people in Service were nice but I will not be returning to this dealership. More
service we recently brought in our 2012 jeep wrangler for an oil change, inspections and a recall sent in by the dealership we had to drop the car off at n we recently brought in our 2012 jeep wrangler for an oil change, inspections and a recall sent in by the dealership we had to drop the car off at night, and then make other arrangements for work the next day and then pick it up the next night. Not real convenient but knew it had to be done the car was picked up and once home we learned that now it would not lock. Seems the person that did the recall fixed that and broke something else. so when we called they said yeah, we must have done that, bring it back so that took another 2 nights to drop off , get to work and pick up next time, offer a car since it was not our fault. Had to pick it up on the Friday of Memorial day weekend so again, not the most convenient thing to do More
