My rating of Whitten Brothers is A-1. Could not be better. Each time I have been there I have found the employees extremely helpful, courteous and professional. I had some work on my Dodge Durango several months ago and after that experience knew that when it was time to trade cars, I would be dealing with Whitten Brothers. The salesman, John Axselle was the best. He took his time, answered all my questions and explained anything I had a question about to my satisfaction. I did not feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. I checked with some other car dealers in the surrounding area and kept coming back to Whitten Brothers. The transition from the Durango to the Jeep Patriot went quickly and smoothly. I have had a couple of questions since purchasing the Patriot and have called John. He has quickly answered. I don't think that at my age I will be purchasing another car but should that circumstance arise, I will do so at Whitten Brothers and hopefully with John Axselle. Joe Allen is a great ambassador for Whitten of Ashland. Throughout the process Joe kept me informed and schooled on the technical issues, logistics (replacement part to be shipped from Ohio in spite of Hurrican Sandy) and in-house progress by the technician(s). Joe is knowledgeable & courteous. I will return to Whitten for future service needs due to Joe's professionalism. Catalytic Converter cost: Recommend this be reviewed by Jeep/Whitten. We brought our van (2011 Dodge Grand Caravan Mainstreet) in for warranty service (check engine light came on and hard shifting with the transmission), Damon and Scott were both wonderful to work with and th in for warranty service (check engine light came on and hard shifting with the transmission), Damon and Scott were both wonderful to work with and they kept us informed the whole time they were working on our van and helped us to get a loaner vehicle while ours was in the shop. Finally after having to have a new motor installed and the transmission rebuilt we have a GREAT running vehicle back!! I would MOST DEFINITELY deal with these guys again...THEY ARE WONDERFUL!!!! He was professional, very helpful, listened to what we were saying, was appropriately humorous, and when what we were looking for was not in the Whitten inventory, he found us a vehicle with everything we wanted at another dealership. When we came to pick up our new Journey, it was clean and ready to go. A problem was diagnosed with the satellite radio and the part was orderd. They even connected my cell phone to Blue Tooth! Grady wasn't happy with the window washing so he had them done again! He went over how to operate all the bells and whistles that were on it, which were not on the Journey I was trading in. Even the financing conversation was a pleasant experience, though I cannot remember the financial advisor's name,and Zack filled in the time when everyone was running around getting things finished. It is just one happy family and they make you feel like one of them! We love Dodge products and are glad for a dealership that cares about their customers. More

In July I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler Sport. I visited or contacted two other dealers in the area. Whitten had a good selection of Wranglers and had two that I was interested in. Mr. Smith and the rest of the staff were friendly and attentive. It was easy to come to terms on the price of a new vehicle and value of my trade-in. The new Wrangler was ready when it was supposed to be and the bottom line cost actually ended up being a few dollars lower than expected. So far the Wrangler has run perfectly. Hopefully I will not need to visit the service department until it is time for my first oil change. I am am a happy customer. More
