This was perhaps the best and easiest buying experience I've ever had. I found the truck on the internet, I live about 2 hours away, negotiated the price over the phone and drove down to get it. He was extremely thorough in demonstrating the capabilities of the truck after the sale, going out of his way to help me order accessories and ship them to my home address. He called twice over the next month to ensure I was still enjoying the truck and asked if there was anything else he could do to assist. It's not often I have a good enough experience to even walk away happy with, let alone an experience that leads to me recommending it to those close to me. One of their salesman even let me borrow his charger for my phone since I had an hour+ drive home! They not only have the reviews, but the genuine good people in their facility to back it up.  I didn't even end up purchasing the vehicle from them and they continued to be respectful and eager to please. I highly recommend doing business with this establishment, and personally look forward to hopefully making a purchase from them in the future. More

I needed help in getting an extended warranty refunded and was running into brick walls. After speaking with the warranty customer service folks at Mopar (who handles Chrysler/Jeep) warranties I was bey and was running into brick walls. After speaking with the warranty customer service folks at Mopar (who handles Chrysler/Jeep) warranties I was beyond frustrated. I bought an extended warrantly 3 years ago and was told that if I sold the car I would receive a pro-rated refund. When I went to get my refund I was informed that for reasons I won't get into here, the refund would be a fraction of what I was expecting. After speaking with someone at the Ashland dealership, he was unable to help and I ended the conversation vowing to inform everyone that I knew NOT to shop at this dealership. Within an hour I received a call fro Zach Cochran. He completely took care of everything and got me the refund I expected. I couldnt be happier, he went above and beyond the call and thought about the customer and not just the bottom line. If this is how he deals with all of his customers, then I would encourage you to work with him as well. Thanks More

This was not the first time we used Whitten Brothers of Ashland, we have purchased at least 6 trucks from here. The sales people are very friendly and truly make you feel welcome. Matt was our sales person this time, and when we left we felt like we were parting with a new friend. He was friendly, genuine, and NOT pushy (which is a BIG turnoff for me). He follows up regularly to make sure that I am still happy with my purchase. The personal service is wonderful! We had just a few months before purchased a Ram, and it was nice to walk in and be remembered by the sales and finance team. Zach and Charlie worked hard both times to get us what we wanted as far as payments and extras with no real haggling. I would highly recommend Whitten Brothers of Ashland if you like leaving not feeling like you had to run 5 miles to get a good deal. You will leave feeling like you made friends and will want to come back! More

Sales associate was friendly and informative. He went out of his way to help. Then I entered the finance office. I was almost sold something I wasn't explained and lied to about being having to purch out of his way to help. Then I entered the finance office. I was almost sold something I wasn't explained and lied to about being having to purchase a warranty that day. In fact, you can by a Mopar warranty later but must pay an inspection fee. He insisted I apply for another loan even though I was already approved for one. He resisted faxing a purchase order directly to the bank. I later went back to cancel the warranty, he got very personal and insisted that the time he took to explain the warranty was worth a different service purchase. This hassle caused me to recheck financial information more than I should have had to. For this reason, I gave the following ratings and will not be recommending this dealership for sales. More
