Can't fix anything or stand by their products For the second time in as many months we have taken one of our Chrysler Vehicles in for repair, this time however the vehicle came out in worse shape For the second time in as many months we have taken one of our Chrysler Vehicles in for repair, this time however the vehicle came out in worse shape than when we brought it in. We took our 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab 4x4 Off-Road truck in for a new mirror which had been ordered last month when we were in having recall work done. They then told us the part was ordered by the "VIN #" and was the wrong part and proceeded to tell us that it would be an additional $318 on top of the $300 we were already paying for a MIRROR saying that it was an aftermarket mirror how is it you had to order the OEM part and have an aftermarket mirror in stock that you want to charge us $600+ for to put on. At this point we say no just give us the truck back since we can order the part for $85 and have someone else put it on at a much lower cost. Upon pick up this afternoon of the vehicle they've damaged the door and fix that while waiting for the truck. We take the truck and get a mile down the road and the windows that worked fine at drop off now won't go down. Very disappointed in the service recently and it seems like every time we take a vehicle in they want to charge us extra money on it. I recently had my van serviced also and they wanted to charge me $800+ for brakes & rotors, which I did replace elsewhere for $300. At this point after our family purchasing 5 vehicles through Whitten Brothers in the last 10 years we will be shopping elsewhere. More

When it came time to make a deal she handled it very professionally and we never felt pressured. We got a great price on the new truck and a great price for our trade-in. We went back to pick up the truck the next day and it went smoothly. I would highly recommend using Vicky. As a matter of fact, we will be back before the end of the year to make another purchase with her. Yes, she was that good. Charlie Browne was also a pleasure to work with. He got everything ready quickly and the signing of paperwork went quickly. Bill Harrison also did great work. More

Ashland. not only were they patient and helpful. they were honest more than fair and did not do the back and fourth nonsense you are usually subjected to at a dealer. further more they were super nice to my three children. One salesman even offered to give them money for the vending machine. everyone we dealt with from hte internet sales professional to finance manger were very knowledgeable and professional. I will like to return to them in the future. More

Very happy owner of a 2014 RAM Laramie I started my interaction with Whitten Brothers of Ashland online. I was looking to upgrade my 2010 Ram Big Horn to a 4x4 model and was checking out a I started my interaction with Whitten Brothers of Ashland online. I was looking to upgrade my 2010 Ram Big Horn to a 4x4 model and was checking out all the Chrysler dealer websites. Whitten had a slightly use 2014 Laramie that was a bit more than I wanted to spend, but a great price for a practically new top line RAM. Whitten contacted me and I agreed to stop by for a test drive. Raymond Smith was my sales consultant who greeted me on arrival and was very friendly and low pressure. After driving the truck, we sat down an talked. I liked it, but wasn't ready to make a purchase quite yet. Sales Manager Bill Harrison offered to let me take the truck home and spend a day with it doing my job. I'm in advertising sales and spend a lot of time in my truck -- it's my mobile office. This vehicle had it all, and I was immediately taken by the mix of high quality refinement and rugged toughness the truck provided. The technology is incredible and makes driving a truly enjoyable experience. Comfort and Capability all wrapped up in the perfect truck. I decided to buy it if I got a decent offer on my 2010 Ram as a trade-in. I did. I'd like to thank Raymond, Bill and the Whitten team for helping me to find a great truck at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in RAM trucks or any Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep vehicles. You'll walk away happy! More
Same old BS from any car Dealership, No real difference, No real reason to go here, the “Whitten Advantage” is meaningless. I was looking for a used Mini-van, they had one is stock a No real difference, No real reason to go here, the “Whitten Advantage” is meaningless. I was looking for a used Mini-van, they had one is stock and offered the average price for the same thing at every dealership in the area. They said they were all-in at that price and would not come down. They gave no commissions or incentives on the mini-van. Also, on the trade-in vehicle, they started off with the lowest end of the average fair market value for the vehicle, then came up very little (in relation to the price of the vehicle). Then I see them listing it for over $3500 more than what they offered me. So I say again, they are no different than any other dealership in the Richmond area. The only reason they get two stars is that the salesperson, Mr. Grady, was a good fella. More
