Made a inquiry about the car then made a appointment to look at and test drive. Show up at Whitten Brothers and met with Carlos the salesman. Very friendly. I road tested the Fusion. Drove great. We sat down and Carlos Chaparro was able to come up with the right price and exceptional financing that I was very pleased with. Smooth, Enjoyable Experience Our 2017 Pacific is the second vehicle we've purchased from Whitten Brothers. Both experiences were great, and the follow-up experiences on our first vehicle with service, etc. have been great too. You just get a sense that these are good people trying to do the right thing at this dealership. We feel lucky that it is around the corner from our house, but we'd make a drive to get there if it wasn't. Brandon Taylor helped me with my van purchase. I had to hug him goodbye because I enjoyed working with him so much! He played tic-tac-toe with my son while we were waiting on paperwork stuff, and he even took him for a test drive in one of Dodge's muscle car (at my request). I've already recommended Brandon/Whitten to two other people, and will do so whenever I have the opportunity. Jason the Sales Manager was great too. Thanks for your help, guys! More
