Ray Yarbrough and Tom Coleman made are buying the 2014 Ch I give them 5 stars because i felt so comfortable with not being hounded by the sales staff. Ray Yarbrough and Tom Coleman made are buying the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado as easy as possible. I never felt pressured into buying the truck and Tom was very honest about what they could give me on a trade in as he told me I should sell my truck outright and i did and got more for it than they could give. I had a issue with the paint on the roof and they were more than professional with handling the issue. I have no complaints. I told them that i didn't need a rental car because i had my old truck until i sold it and i called them and asked if i could get a rental car while my truck was still being worked on and they gladly got me a rental car at no cost to me but just the gas I had used. More

She didn't up sell me, she taught me about what I was looking at. Her demeanor was light, humorous, friendly and at no point pressure oriented. Ray, the finance manager provided me with several options and ultimately got my interest rate and term where it needed to be. Zack and his staff certainly exceeded my expectations and put me in a beautiful Chevy Silverado 1500 Z71. Thanks again to All involved. More
