Cathy (as well as everyone else there I met with that day) was not like most of the sales people I had recently interacted with at other dealerships. She wasn’t pushy on values or the extras they offer when it came down to generating a price. She simply offered to show me everything on the truck, put together an aggressive offer price upfront, and let the dealerships reputation for customer service speak for itself. If I had to rate him and Mr. Yarbrough, the both would get 99% of satisfaction service. The only problem that concerned me was the young man that was next to us attempting to make a purchase. When our sale person asked for our social security numbers the young man appeared to be enter something in his phone, his sales person has left his station. It may have been a coincident, but going forward it would be better to ask the customer to write the social security number down, instead of verbally saying them. It made me a little uncomfortable. More
