Only negative would be my experience with the person who excessively pushed extended warranty on me aggressively. It was uncomfortable. It was raining and he pulled the car into the car port to show it to me. Then when it was time for the test drive, he backed it out into the rain then told me to get in. He didn’t sell the car at all during the ride. When it was time to see the out to door price, I asked about the security fee of $400. He said it’s the etching of the vin number in doors and windows so if the car gets stoked chop shops can’t use them. He also said that insurance companies give a discount for having that and I’d make the money back in savings from insurance. I decided to leave without the car that day because I knew I could do better with financing outside of the dealership and I wanted to call insurance to see if I’d get the discount. Insurance said the state of Virginia does not give discounts for vin etchings. So thanks for lying Rick. When I came back with my dad the next day, Rick gave more information to him than me as if my dad was purchasing the car. After financing was taken care of and I was set on getting the car, Rick told me to “be nice” to the financing manager. He said that twice. I was never rude to anyone the entire time I was there. If I wasn’t really interested in the car, I would have just walked away from the dealership. Rick did not make my first car buying experience enjoyable in the least. If I had to do it again, I would have requested another sales person. Ray in financing was great and spoke to me as a customer and not a child, so I appreciate that. More

Travis and the team at Whitten Brothers were FANTASTIC! They took care of the problem in record time & got us back on the road so we could enjoy the holiday with our family. Ten stars...oh heck no, these guys earned 12 out of 10 stars! I would recommend them in a heartbeat! More

Riley was a blast: so full of energy and personable. I think he was more excited by the truck than we were. Cindy was the first person my wife talked to and she was able to set up most everything right away (we were pretty sure which truck we wanted). The finance gentleman was very knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to go through all of our options. The service department was great and helped get all the extras we needed (the fitted rubber floor mats are worth it!). And they offer state inspections for life and an extended warranty. Thanks for being such a great dealership, Whitten Brothers! More
