Jessica McLane did a fantastic job from the beginning. Since we're from out of town, it was especially important to us that we weren't surprised by anything when we finally traveled to the dealership to look at the car and make the purchase. Jessica was very helpful leading up to our visit by communicating frequently and transparently, and was a great help guiding us through the buying process. She wasn't pushy at all and was able to answer all of our questions. She went above and beyond by helping entertain our two young children who were out well past their bedtime! The business staff was also top notch in helping my family navigate a complicated registration situation. The whole staff stayed well past closing to make sure the deal got done. I highly recommend Whitten Brothers of Ashland for a personal small town feel so rarely experienced today. More

I went in to WB about 2 months ago and spoke to Nick Ellis. It was a pretty short conversation bc I had my son in the car, but he did a great job listening to what I wanted and my needs. He stayed in touch with me for the last 2 months over email sending me some trucks I might be interested in. I. Am in earlier this week to test drive one he had transferred for me. Loved the truck! I did a little more research and ended up finding a few more on the lot that fit my needs a little better. End of the story, I love the 2017 Ram I purchased and Nick did a great job with me throughout the process. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the transaction took longer than it should have. They also need a dedicated kids section. Not everyone has a sitter at the drop of a hat. More

Excellent dealership!!! We came to the dealership actually for an oil change on our old vehicle and was interested in looking at a newer Jeep Cherokee. Sara from service was super nice and helped alot with getting us set up with someone from sales to look at a vehicle we had in mind. Kathy McCarthy was our sales lady and she was really nice and welcoming. She was very pleasant and accomodating as i can't walk far, she brought the vehicle around to us so that we could check it out without me having to go far. She explained all the great features of the 2019 Grand Jeep Cherokee. After looking at the Jeep we were sold!!! We worked with Kathy to get everything set up, i don't remember everyone's name that we had talked to there.... but everyone was really really nice at Whitten in Ashland. Ive never been to a dealership like Whitten of Ashland where everyone was so accommodating and very pleasant to talk to. I give Whitten of Ashland a 10 star rating because EVERYONE was super super nice!!! Thank You Kathy and EVERYONE at Whitten of Ashland Service and sales for always being a great dealership!!! I had a very positive buying experience w/Whitten of Ashland I was in a pretty bad accident in which my 2016 Jeep Renegade was totaled. I was devastated at the loss of my car and could not find another Renegade with the bells and whistles that mine had. I found a 2017Cherokee online via Auto Trader and inquired about it. Whitten promptly responded to me and worked with me to schedule an appointment. I fell in love with the Cherokee and was very firm about my price point. Rick my salesman really went to bat for me and Charlie in finance seriously worked some magic. There was no pressure to purchase the Jeep, and they did not pressure me into buying warranties. I would highly recommend Whitten of Ashland. More

Rick worked diligently, was very professional and expedient in responding to questions. The Manager on duty who worked the deal on my lease was extremely rude, and unprofessional. He refused to come over and talk with me when I had questions on lease and was openly criticizing another manger who I had worked with in the past while belittling to my concerns. This made me very uncomfortable. I have purchased from the Midlothian Whitten Brothers before and because of my experience I will not return to the Ashland store. I want to be clear, my rating for Rick is excellent however the manager really negatively impacted my overall experience. More
