I took my Mazda 3 for a Summer Service which was 49.95. The charge on the bill was 58.40? then they tightened a valve on my brake without telling me and charged me an additional $100 dollars. Went in for an oil change that I made an appointment for and spent the next 2 hours waiting for my car. Anywhere else even without an appointment I would be out in 30 minutes tops. Left message about my d and spent the next 2 hours waiting for my car. Anywhere else even without an appointment I would be out in 30 minutes tops. Left message about my dissatisfaction and got no response until I emailed Mazda and then the response was well of course it took 2 hours we had to change a filter. Not even an apology was coming from them. More

In my experience, their service department over-charges for routine procedures such as oil changes, they did not return phone messages left well within business hours to schedule a service appointment, and for routine procedures such as oil changes, they did not return phone messages left well within business hours to schedule a service appointment, and did not go out of their way to identify noises I described to them upon bringing the car in. Service personnel were less than friendly. More
