Overall great experience Stopped by to look at a used Mazda 6. We were at the dealership for at least few hours and he was very patient. Melvin and Mike worked to the price within my range, and have reasonable monthly payments. They were very attentive and both Mike and Melvin are great people. The only thing that subpar was the detailing work (cleaning up the car) before I left the lot. I really appreciate that coming from the customer service industry myself. Even during trying times with my 07 CX-7, I was happy to begin my first lease option ( 16 M-3). It was a whole new experience, bringing it back to my Lancer days...I digress lol. But, here I am in my next vehicle (CX5) and I can not be more thrilled to be back up in the air! Not to mention it’s pretty sweet! I’ve missed it and the whole transition and transaction was quite smoothed...definitely a plus.
