These guys lied from the get go and about what I was approve for it was an ab I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at James Ford in Williamson NY. These guys lied from the get go and about what I was approve for it was an absolute joke. They told me I got approved for a truck I was looking at I have good credit and was putting money down and no negative equity. When I got there they told me I did not get approved for that truck then tried to put me in a smaller truck F150 and said I would be better off. I hope Corporate Ford Company does an internal investigation on this very shady dealership. More
