My wife has been a loyal customer for over 20 years with this dealership. Because of her relationship with Whitemens, I purchased a used truck from them last year. That expereince was fine. My wife is ready this dealership. Because of her relationship with Whitemens, I purchased a used truck from them last year. That expereince was fine. My wife is ready to trade her car in and I contacted Mr. Lock for assistance. He said he would help and promised to call me back with a few new or used dar solutions to our situation. He said he would call in a day or two. He never called. I called him again five days later and spoke with Mr. Lock, after a number reasons why he did not call back, he said he would sit down with the sales manager and see what they could come up with and then call me. It is a week and half later, no call. Very disappionted and will not purchase a vehicle from Whitemans nor recommend them. In a separate rating I will address a serious problem we had with the service department with regard to a major ongoing problem we had an 09 impala's brakes. More
