Unacceptable in time wise, almost zero follow ups but maybe one or two calls. When parts were back ordered they did not call to tell, I had to call in to find that out. Per the paperwork there was no short block/heads in story or billed on paperwork for this that was told to us we were getting replaced and they were waiting on parts for months due to backorder from ford. The worst of this all is being lied too. I manage a fleet of over 600 Ford trucks ranging from 150's to 750's and worked at 3 ford dealers in my 26 years in automotive, heavy duty and have NEVER experienced this kind of customer service ever. More
