I found the employees at Allan Nott to be friendly and informative. We took our van in for a recall repair and asked them to check an automatic door that was't working correctly. Overall cost of service (as well as application of provided coupons) was clearly appreciated. Time for Saturday maintenance service on 2010 Honda CRV was excellent. Brett helped me when I came in did a wonderful job no complaints there. The service was fine and I have no complaints there. I am very disappointed in this experience. There are plenty of people out there who would be glad to have my buissness. I have bought six vehicles there since 2005 and do not know if I would buy another one there or even do service there again. This guy has a huge problem and needs to be dealt with. I have nothing against the service department but no need to go where you are treated as such. More

The service that I received was a tune-up. Although I know they would be just checking to see if there was anything wrong, I didn't realize how expensive it was going to be. I came in for a routine oil change and to check on noises being made by the braking system. I especially appreciated the way Brian keep me informed when it was discovered that the drive belt would also need being made by the braking system.
