We have had the car serviced twice since we bought it. The staff is very friendly to us. They showed us around, offered refreshments, and were very helpful. The only complaint we have is both times after The staff is very friendly to us. They showed us around, offered refreshments, and were very helpful. The only complaint we have is both times after we left there was a very bad, strong odor in the car, and we had to drive with the windows open to try and air it out. The service I receive at this dealership has been good down to the friendliness of staff but the wait time and one issue I had with change in my car makes me a little on edge regarding their values. The communication on the status of your car is usually very good. Today's visit was just the opposite. Had my 2010 Civic serviced on Monday the 15th. I have scheduled my appointment online and was pleased with email and SMS alerts about the appointment.
