Unfortunately my vehicle was having issues that it shouldn't have. Just one of those fluke things. Three trips to the service department in three months with exceptional customer service every time. I came to this dealership to get an oil change, tires rotated , and the back brakes done. The last time I was in they recommended that i have the brakes done. When I got there I had the oil changed and t rotated , and the back brakes done. The last time I was in they recommended that i have the brakes done. When I got there I had the oil changed and tires rotated, but found out they did not have the parts for my brakes, even through I had an appointment for this work to be done. Because of this I had to come back the next day. However, they did give me a discount because of the inconvenience that this caused. I was pleased with your service men and their honesty. For when I returned the next day thy told me that my brakes did not have to replaced, because the person before had made a mistake when measuring my brakes. Over all I was very pleased with the service I received. Mostly because of their integrity. I would definitely recommend this company to others. More

I arrived early but they immediately took my car in for service and gave me a very accurate estimate of the time it would take. I was offered shuttle service but declined as it really was done in a timely service and gave me a very accurate estimate of the time it would take. Wait was not too long - they have a nice area where my kids could play while we waited. My only complaint is they told me my car was done and it actually wasn't. I made an appointment to get an oil change and rotate tires on 08/01/2013 at 10:00. I arrived and the service department was very busy. It wasn't long and they took my information. I was told there was coffee if I would like and it would take around 45 minutes. I had other appointments that day so I was encouraged that it would not take long, but had settled in the waiting area thinking with all these people here it was probably going to be longer.
