Very positive experience last Saturday while having my Honda CRV (2012) serviced. I was very happy to be able to get in Saturday as I made a an appt. for an oil change late in the week and they could wor Honda CRV (2012) serviced. I was very happy to be able to get in Saturday as I made a an appt. for an oil change late in the week and they could work it in. The customer service rep. on the phone has outstanding customer service skills. While waiting for my service I had the good experience to be at Allen Nott during a Halloween sale a thon and took advantage of the lunch they were serving. Allen Nott service was efficient and thorough. I was glad that they called me with additional issues they observed prior to finishing up. It was appreciated that they asked me if this additional work they observed could be done then or scheduled later. Also, hats off to Mark Youngpeter for his awesome help every time we have purchased a new car. Really loving my '12 CRV!! More

I scheduled my 2011 Toyota Venza for service. The vehicle pulled hard to the left. I scheduled my appointment on-line, which is wonderful. It was quick, easy, and I was able to work around my time schedule. Miles was friendly, nice, and had my problem in his computer. He asked if I was going to wait or needed a ride. I waited. The problem was remedied in less than a hour. Miles also gave me a discount on parts and labor. Which was much appreciated. I will continue to have my Venza serviced at Allan Nott. Went in for scheduled 35,000 mile service. Oil change was free as a birthday gift and had the tires rotated. Car was taken in at scheduled time and we took advantage of the free coffee, television, maga was free as a birthday gift and had the tires rotated. Car was taken in at scheduled time and we took advantage of the free coffee, television, magazines and USA Today newspaper to pass the time while we waited. A salesman approached us and asked if we were ready to trade cars. We said not yet. After waiting a longer while than normal for the service to be finished I asked Keaton Meadows why the car was not ready yet. He found the required paper work was left in the parts department, quickly retrieved the paperwork and we were on our way in a short while. The service department here is really busy and I observed lots of happy people coming in and out. More

Almost everyone at Allan Nott is awesome. I bought my car from John Gould. He is amazing, friendly, thorough, and accomodates the customer's needs! I always tell people about John Gould. I got my 2010 Civic serviced for TPMS light ON problem. Turns out that one of the 4 sensors was bad and it had to be replaced. The service itself was done very well and the folks at the check-in/check-out desk were very friendly. I was disappointed with the amount they charged for the service.
