I have owned many Toyota's over the years and this is the first service department (previous cars at different dealerships) that I feel is truly interested in "serving" not "gouging" the customer. There is no high pressured sales pitch for repair work and in several instances I have been told I didn't need a particular serve due to having high efficiency fluids. They could have easily said nothing and I would never have known the difference! They are building a relationship with me based on trust and that's refreshing!!! More
Each time I bring my car for oil changes and tire rotations is a pleasant experience. All the staff is very knowledgable and friendly. The waiting areas are comfortable, and courtesy car is availab rotations is a pleasant experience. All the staff is very knowledgable and friendly. Excellent customer service. Service was delayed due to parts, but a rental vehicle was provided. Quality and experience are always excellent. Price is higher than at non-dealership service stations, but parts, but a rental vehicle was provided. Quality and experience are always excellent. From the moment we entered the lot, we were treated like we were some big time customer, and we were just out of town visitors there for an oil change. It was great! The service guy found another problem with our car, took the time to explain what was going on, that it wasn't a huge problem right now and since it was a Saturday and they wouldn't be able to get any parts for us before we needed to leave town, everything was typed up for us to give to our shop back home. We event got free lunch since it was October Fest weekend too! Can't say when we've had a better experience at a dealership. Would definitely recommend to our friends and come back when shopping for a new vehicle. More
I have always been pleased with the service I have received with Alan Nott Honda, however, this time I was very disappointed. I had an appointment to get my oil changed at 9:30am. This is something that should take less then 30 minutes to do. I was called to the service desk that my car was done at 11:10am. There should have been no reason why it should have taken that much of my time waiting on an oil change. More
