Long time waiting & two 30 mile trips Brought 4Runner in for 45000 mile service and found yo need front and rear brakes... Only they did not have the front brakes! Had to come back next da Brought 4Runner in for 45000 mile service and found yo need front and rear brakes... Only they did not have the front brakes! Had to come back next day for front brakes which were supposed to arrive at 07:30, after about 15 minutes I was told that the brakes hadn't arrived yet ( I arrived around 12ish) but promised service they were arriving any minute and my service was would be finished on time. After expressing my dissatisfaction, I was not charged for the front brake job. I estimate my two day service dept waiting time at over 6 hours total plus an extra 60 mile drive! I am happy with my vehicle condition but still confused how a common item like brake pads caused such inconvience!! Kym Van Skiver More

Service Department has drastically diminished in quality I recently was charged over $50.00 for them to replace a $2.38 bulb that THEY broke while working on a recall item on my car. They failed to replace I recently was charged over $50.00 for them to replace a $2.38 bulb that THEY broke while working on a recall item on my car. They failed to replace 2 screws on the under panel of my car causing the panel to drag the ground. I repaired this myself as I will NEVER set foot in that place again. They used to provide free 12 point inspection when servicing for oil change, they now CHARGE for that. I love my Toyota and I think they are great vehicles, but I'm going to have to research other options for future car purchases. More

Terrible Took my car in, and informed the service center what my mechanic had diagnosed as the problem, but was unable to fix. I was told that they would exami Took my car in, and informed the service center what my mechanic had diagnosed as the problem, but was unable to fix. I was told that they would examine it, and there may be an $82 diagnostic fee. Fine. Kept my car overnight, and was told I would be called first thing in the morning. At ten I called to get an update, and was told the associate handling my case was busy but would call me back as soon as she was available. At one in the afternoon I called back, and was told the technician working on my car was at lunch, but would be returning in ten minutes, and I would be called back. At one-thirty I called again, and was once again told my associate was busy. She did call back ten minutes later, and I was told that what my original mechanic had said was maybe correct. The recommendation was to fix that and see if that fixed the problem. At this time I was informed that the $82 diagnostic fee had somehow ballooned into a $155 fee. After I flatly refused to pay that, the representative contacted the assistant manager, who changed it back to the $82. Paying that money to have them guess that the problem was exactly what I told them was the problem in the first place is ridiculous. The only positive experience was with the shuttle drivers, who were pleasant and went out of their way to get me where I needed to be. More

The estimates of cost and time to complete the service were underestimated. I was given the estimate for parts only, not the entire job, and the time was an hour longer than I was told. Both Nathan and Jeff were very apologetic and all ended well. I had also received a 15% discount coupon, so that softened the blow! More
