Jeff was most helpful and kind in I brought my 2010 Camry in for service. The Service Advisor, Jeff Sousa, was the representative that I worked with. Jeff was most helpful and kind in every aspect during the service. He looks you right in the eyes when he talks to you; and you know you have his full attention. He took the time to explain what the service tech would be checking for, and later when a problem was found, Jeff reviewed in detail what would need to be done to fix the problem. I had never been to Allan Nott for service before, but because of Jeff Sousa making my experience a good one, I will return to Allan Nott again for any service I may need in the future. More

Service is always great! I bought my 2010 Prius through Sales Person Lisa Williams. She has been kind and helpful to me since the day I bought my vehicle. Every 5,000 miles I bought my 2010 Prius through Sales Person Lisa Williams. She has been kind and helpful to me since the day I bought my vehicle. Every 5,000 miles I visit the service department for either tire rotation or oil changes. The service personnel are always very professional and helpful. The service on my vehicle is done in a timely manner and I appreciate the check point service they provide at each visit. I always highly recommend Allan Nott to friends and family. Recently I took a Japanese friend to Allan Nott for a recall on her Honda. We enjoyed coffee and hot chocolate as we waited. Bob White stopped to speak with us as we visited the showroom. He spoke to her at length and made her feel welcome to Alan Nott and to our country. More

BEYOND EXPECTATIONS Saved the day when stranded on the road 200 miles from home. Adam Williams is a true above any beyond employee. This dealership noted that we were stranded on a Friday night on our way to my son's first Boy Scout camp out. After being towed to the dealership first thing Saturday morning, the dealership contacted their Toyota technician who was on a day off. Adam Williams agreed to come in on his day off to help diagnose our vehicle issues. After having the car in their hands less than 3 hours and calling an employee in from home we were fixed and back on the road! Given the option to go home or go and join the scouts for the remainder of the trip my son answered.... These guys worked to hard to get us back on the road to just go home...... I will say it feels strange to feel so compelled to share this story, but this team truly did make a difference in someones life and they deserve all of the credit! More

I had received a birthday certificate for a free oil & filter change & was taking advantage of this very generous gift(a great birthday present!). Jeff called me to the service area to show me my cabin air filter & the other air filters for my Prius. I could not believe how disgusting they looked!! So grateful to Jeff Sousa for pointing this out & recommending replacement. Appreciated the thoroughness of the check-up. Also, appreciate the follow-up phone call after each service call. I am a pleased service customer. Thank you, Jeff. More

Even though their schedule was full, they got me in immediately and had my car fixed in less than a 1/2hr. But the best part was that at no point did they try to sell me anything that I did not need! This was by far the best dealership service experience I have ever had. More
