We have always been very satisfied with service at this dealership in the past. However, when I got this car back this week following its' 20,000 mile service, one of the parts from the cabin air filter w dealership in the past. However, when I got this car back this week following its' 20,000 mile service, one of the parts from the cabin air filter was still on the floor, so I had to return to the dealership for them to figure out where it went and put it back on. Then when I got home, I discovered that the trunk liner was pulled up with the battery cover still off. Fortunately I was able to reattach the cover to the battery compartment myself, but it was still surprising that the service guys hadn't checked and made sure everything was done before returning the car to me. More

am a loyal Toyota . Customer have have purchased six or seven Toyota ‘s at Toyota Tampa Bay in Fla. so now we go to Toyota of Hnda Whites in Lima, which we were very p Customer have have purchased six or seven Toyota ‘s at Toyota Tampa Bay in Fla. so now we go to Toyota of Hnda Whites in Lima, which we were very pleased with with their services that is all except for the car wash, I have used the car wash numerous times up until a week and a half ago I pulled in the car washes I always do hit the green button and there was a green like an olive green SUV already in the car wash. They backed out a little bit and then pulled up a little bit more and then backed up and then they just pulled out of the car wash without getting their car washed so then I proceeded to pull into the car wash and I was nervous. I didn’t know what was going On. I couldn’t back up because there was a car behind me so I kept going forward and I heard this crunch noise so then I stopped the vehicle and then I backed up a little bit more and then I turned my wheel to the right and pulled forward a little bit and then I still heard noise that I shouldn’t have so I did the same thing I pulled out of the car wash without getting my car washed. I got out and looked at my car. There was a detail guy close in the area that also looked at it and he took the paneling out of the car wash that had come off of the car and told me to meet him at service department so I went to service department and there was four men there that came out and I was so nervous I was in tears, and those four men standing arrow looking at me, didn’t help matters, but one of the guy one of the men asked me what happened and I told him exactly what I put in here and then he walked to the front of the car and he said ma’am he said this car’s already been hit and I said no it has not he said ma’am this car has been hit it. It’s not been done through this car wash. I promised him and I’m promising all of you who read this my car was not hit by anything before I entered that car wash and I don’t like being accused of something that I know for a fact I didn’t do so I came home. My son took the car to the dealership and Eric Martin. The general manager said that he had no problem with fixing the paneling so I called him back and I told him that I appreciate that and I left a voicemail. I have left 5 Voicemails I was wanting to explain myself to him because it’s still bothering me terribly knowing that I didn’t do something that I was accused of doing . I have still not heard from Eric. I must say that I’m very disappointed and as a loyal customer of Toyota , which are my favorite cars I am very hurt and not happy that I was accused that that was already done, especially in front of all those men standing there and here I am a 66-year-old woman.
