Looked at the trucks online to see what was available. Went to Lima to look at the vehicles and was able to test drive them on the same day. Staff seems very knowledgeable and helpful. We have always been very satisfied with service at this dealership in the past. However, when I got this car back this week following its' 20,000 mile service, one of the parts from the cabin air filter w dealership in the past. However, when I got this car back this week following its' 20,000 mile service, one of the parts from the cabin air filter was still on the floor, so I had to return to the dealership for them to figure out where it went and put it back on. Then when I got home, I discovered that the trunk liner was pulled up with the battery cover still off. Fortunately I was able to reattach the cover to the battery compartment myself, but it was still surprising that the service guys hadn't checked and made sure everything was done before returning the car to me. More
