I dint really have a big complaint. It took longer than thought but that was Ok. The people are always friendly and helpful. The place is always clean. The only issue I had was when they did my headlights they didn't wipe the mess off that was all over the whole engine department. I had tondo when I got home and saw it. I was getting ready for a trip and was checking fluids and seen it.. I don't like the looks of those brackets in my wheel wells. More

Prompt, courteous, completed scheduled service and found more things to charge for. Would be nice if they did a quick wash and sweep on the house like other dealerships that I’ve been to without being asked more things to charge for. When you go in for oil change and come out with a $400 bill to change filters and fluids for routine maintenance it would be nice to feel like my business was appreciated with that little extra “service”. Have asked in the past for you to run through car wash for me and you said you would make note to do it on future visits (you never do). More
This was my first visit and , unfortunately, might be my last. I decided to save myself a longer drive to my original Honda dealership to service my 2 year old HRV lease. Expecting maybe a half hour or an h last. I decided to save myself a longer drive to my original Honda dealership to service my 2 year old HRV lease. Expecting maybe a half hour or an hour wait, my visit ended up lasting over 2 hours. My HRV has only 13,000 miles and has NEVER had any mechanical problems, so I expected quick service. I left the dealership after having a routine service and tire rotation, but several miles into my 28 mile drive home a tire pressure warning light appeared. I called Whites Honda and returned very upset. The manager was very friendly and apologetic, but drove my vehicle around and gave me the explanation that the tire pressures were fine (he claimed there was no way to manually reset the warning light) and ASSURED me that the light would go off eventually after several miles of driving. He gave me his personal business card and said I could call him if the light stayed on. The warning light was still on after my drive home 30 minutes later, and I was upset. I took out my Honda manual and read how to recalibrate the tire system manually by pressing the TPS (?) button on the lower left panel in my vehicle, and the warning light went off! By then I was extremely stressed and baffled by the poor quality of mechanical service I received at Whites Honda of Lima. More
