I’m really glad I bought my 2023 HRV last yr from White’s Honda of Lima. Brian explained to me everything I want to know especially that this is my first car. I recently had what I thought was the alternator go out in my CRV. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was told it would be about a week, before the department could get me in. After I was able to in my CRV. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was told it would be about a week, before the department could get me in. After I was able to borrow a friends vehicle to drive, my wife and I brought mine to the dealership on a Tuesday night and left it.( the 8th ; appt, was the 14th) That Wednesday, I received a call from service that they had determined it was the starter, not the alternator. I gave the go ahead to fix it and by that afternoon my vehicle was ready for pick up. Due to my schedule, I wasn’t able to pick it up until late Thursday, however, I was so happy that the service dept., staff were able to work my car in ahead of schedule and get me back on the road.
