The delivery specialist that I worked with was great. I’ve used this dealer in the past and purchased two vehicles from them but wasn’t very happy with them thus I made my purchase in Marysville. I was only here for my Honda service pass appointment because it’s a bit more local to receive the warranty service. Everything seemingly went well. My frustration with the dealership is that my unused portion of my gap insurance took 4-5 months to be returned after my car accident. Matt in finance worked to get it taken care of and finally it happened but it shouldn’t take that long. They once charged 169 dollars for 18dollar bulbs and 15 minute job for the sensors in my 2016 Honda? I was livid and Morgan claimed they couldn’t do anything about it. These things caused me and a couple of my coworkers to go to Marysville for our recent 2023 purchases. My salesperson Ben has always been good and I’ll only see him but it was the other things that led me away. I’m hopeful whites will consider their practices and do better. More
