My experience at Whites Honda is always very positive. Teamwork is very evident, and the entire staff is very friendly. My wife and I enjoy the shuttle and the shuttle drivers. The mechanical service was fantastic. My issue was with the updating of my Garmin. It took them 4 hours after my mechanical service was complete for them to even begin to start my the Gar My issue was with the updating of my Garmin. It took them 4 hours after my mechanical service was complete for them to even begin to start my the Garmin update. And then it took them another 3.5 hours to complete the update. My Ridgeline was at the dealership from 9AM to 7:15PM. My mechanical service was outstanding as always, but the time it took for my Garmin update was shocking and disappointing. More
