The communication you have between the service dept and the customer is sub par. In August I had my oil changed and no one told me that the indication for the next oil change went from miles to %. So I had to go back to the dealership to find out what it meant & how to determine what % I had left. When I did this, the % showed only 40% - they said oh we just forgot to update that. They also were to change the battery in my key fob and it broke. Ordered me a new one. Over a month later I get a text and email saying I had this appointment on 9/18. I had not made an appointment so when I called them about it I was informed it was for a dummy appointment for the parts I ordered. When I asked if it was the key fob, they said they weren't sure, but would check on it and would call me back. That was around 8:30 in the morning. By 5:30 that evening I still had not received a call back. This is terrible customer service in my view. The service is good, but the communication is so lackinig. More

Though service was ultimately completed, had to jump through hoops to get the work completed. I only not only had to call multiple times and multiple days, but the second my husband got on the phone thi through hoops to get the work completed. I only not only had to call multiple times and multiple days, but the second my husband got on the phone things got taken care of. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of me because I was a women. It's 2023 and is pretty pathetic. More
