Excellent appointment for routine maintenance. Staff was most professional and with something we need more of all around us….kindness and good manners without being stupid or over the too. This was shown from management through all staff…whoever is at the helm to be highly complimented. With what appears to be quite a good working environment talent and individual work skills can be encouraged….anyway…Im a manager and its good to see……anyway….Service….reviewed requested work and approved it…manager came for a quick during car servicing and suggested a service thst was not necessary…and took him up on his suggestion….well then..quality…the professionalism….please compliment the staff. By choice have the current car to be given to sibling…will be around to get a new car perhaps within the year…..a real pleasure to have the car serviced here and have a great deal of confidence. Came to dealership for a recall on my 2019 Odyssey. It took 2 1/2 months before I could even bring it in. The dash panel around the screen panel was damaged during the repair. Part was to be ordered. Received an email for an appointment to bring my vehicle in on 11/1/23 at 3:15 pm. Arrived for the appointment, The part was not there. Service person said that I was to wait for a call from him. So why did I get an email telling me to come in today??!! Very disappointing to make 3 trips to Lima from Bellefontaine in a week and a half. It takes over an hour and a half to get to your dealership. I’m not happy!!! More

Addressed my concerns from my last visit when I did not receive a copy of my multi point inspection which might have shown that my battery should be replaced. My battery died and I had to have it jumped and then purchase a new battery. Also the maintenance was not reset on my dash and no reminder sticker for the next visit. More
