My experience at Whites Honda is always very positive. Teamwork is very evident, and the entire staff is very friendly. My wife and I enjoy the shuttle and the shuttle drivers. The mechanical service was fantastic. My issue was with the updating of my Garmin. It took them 4 hours after my mechanical service was complete for them to even begin to start my the Gar My issue was with the updating of my Garmin. It took them 4 hours after my mechanical service was complete for them to even begin to start my the Garmin update. And then it took them another 3.5 hours to complete the update. My Ridgeline was at the dealership from 9AM to 7:15PM. My mechanical service was outstanding as always, but the time it took for my Garmin update was shocking and disappointing. More

Bought a 21 Used Passport. They explained they were going to go all through the checklist and make sure everything was good. Within a week we started to get oil drips on ou They explained they were going to go all through the checklist and make sure everything was good. Within a week we started to get oil drips on our garage concrete. I found it to be leaking out of the rear differential output shaft seal. I called on a Monday morning and explained it to a Lisa I think? I asked if there is a loaner available that we needed wheels. She said she would check and call me right back. Hours went by before I heard back but she called and had know idea who I was and that she was supposed to check on a car. So I asked her again and she called me back again and said there was one available. I sent my wife up to leave the Passport and nothing was setup for her to drive other than to go to the rental dept. I phoned my wife we would just leave it and I would leave work to pick it up (30 min) 1 way. We ended up talking to Totayna in Service and she was able to get it in to the shop that day and fixed. Maybe I was asking too much for a loaner while they got the car fixed? I wasnt expecting it to be fixed that day. I just wasnt happy with the run around I got on the phone and 2 extra trips to Lima. The car ended up getting repaired but I am doubting they really checked this Passport out before we picked it up. Sorry, maybe its too much to expect a loaner on something like that? Sorry for the long story More
