I was pleased with the actual servicing of my vehicle. What I did not like was that a loaner car would not be provided. I live an hour away and would never have purchased the polysteel package if I had kn What I did not like was that a loaner car would not be provided. I had to have a family member also drive their vehicle from an hour away just so that I was not stuck waiting inside the dealership with my 1 year old child. Like I said earlier, I I was overall happy with the actual servicing and how clean my van was when completed. Just please consider changing your policy on a loaner vehicle for the day, as I am assuming I'm not the only person who lives outside of Lima. Thank you. More

Brandon has been nothing but exceptional when working with him to purchase our Honda Odyssey. He was our first stop when looking for a Honda Odyssey. We spoke to him about three different options. He knew we were very on edge to make a purchase so quick but we felt the deal that was made was very reasonable. Writing down all of our options and payment plans with different interests rates helped so much. We took the weekend to decide and ultimately love the decision we made. We were missing some things in our Odyssey and Brandon quickly got that figured out. He also had our car that we planned on selling, detailed, so it was ready to sell when we drove it off the lot! The dealership also made sure the gas tank was full & ready to go at pick up! Highly recommend! More
