I have been a customer for over forty years! Curt the service scheduler is always very accommodating! I always believed that when you had a time that the work would begin shortly there after. Not so😳 it’s obvious the system you have in place doesn’t work! At this stage of my life I don’t need this stress. Your service department was the main reason why I was a long time customer. Got oil & tire rotation Was in fast lane for 1 hour 33 mins and only had a pickup in front of me. Once I got pulled in. Took another 45 mins before they handed me the paperwork I paid went to get my tru mins and only had a pickup in front of me. Once I got pulled in. Took another 45 mins before they handed me the paperwork I paid went to get my truck. Tire rotation was not done yet Waited another 30 mins for that. No sticker indicating when next oil change is. Didn’t top off my fluids No paperwork for the multiple inspection but was charged This place has went down hill. Did they really do an oil change and tire rotation ????? They had no PTO Ken charging me for it and when I asked. The kid said. Yeh We got busy. So you put my truck to the side while u finished others ??? What is the speed lane for ?? No reply More
