Coerced to come in from a scam flyer stating that I won $10000. Hard sold on a vehicle that I didn't need. Vehicle smelled of smoke and had a burn hole in seat that I was told would be fixed so that I woul $10000. Hard sold on a vehicle that I didn't need. Vehicle smelled of smoke and had a burn hole in seat that I was told would be fixed so that I wouldn't notice and that the car would get a treatment to get rid of smoke smell. The smell is still there and the hole is still visible. Vehicle was advertised online for $22000, when I received my title I was charged $27000. The flyer stated that I would receive $3700 over blue book on my trade and get $3000 off of the price of the new vehicle. Neither of these happened. I got beat up on my trade because of a deer impact reported. When I asked for a carfax on the car I bought I never received it. When I ran it myself the vehicle was reported stolen and had been in an accident. When I came in I had a sinus infection and wasn't thinking straight. All in all it was a terrible experience. The dealership tried to make it right by fixing the smell and hole but didn't come close. Will never buy another vehicle from White's Ford. More

I can't say enough nice things about Whites Ford Service Department and Service Advisor Justin Plant. I had to get the dreaded cam phasers changed in my 2017 F150. I called them, they gave me a quote, and they were able to get my truck in right away and with a nice loaner vehicle. It did take a little while to get the parts but that's no fault of Whites. During all this Justin kept me updated the entire time as well as when they were starting the tear down and the work. He went above and beyond what I've ever seen any service advisor do. Justin also listened to my concerns about the specific phasers I wanted and confirmed with me that they were putting in those exact ones! I definitely know where I will be going anytime I need anything for my truck! Thank you! More
