My 2005 F250 4WD hubs wouldn’t automatically lock so I spoke with Curt, Mgr Scheduling and he set me up with Eric, Master Tech. Upon drop off, I received a 2005 Escape AWD loaner. That was appreciated w spoke with Curt, Mgr Scheduling and he set me up with Eric, Master Tech. Upon drop off, I received a 2005 Escape AWD loaner. That was appreciated with the snowy weather we’re having Justin, Service Advisor informed later that morning that Eric determined one hub seal was leaking and rebuilt both sides with my approval. Parts were in stock. Around 2pm the same day of drop off, Justin called to notify hubs were rebuilt. Oil and filter change and complimentary tire rotation were due and also completed. Janine, in Cashier’s Office, applied my Ford Pass rewards to my bill, saving me around $300. Brian Gibson, GM, also stopped by with his much appreciated greeting. More
10/10 amazing experience! They got me in right away for an alignment on my new car that I purchased at another dealership. The other dealership couldn't get it into alignment, They got me in right away for an alignment on my new car that I purchased at another dealership. The other dealership couldn't get it into alignment, and White's did it right. I was told by another dealer that they have the best technology for alignments. Will 100% be returning if I have any additional needs for my vehicle! More
