Had my car since September 6th said it was fixed when it wasn't, had it for over a month without me knowing what was being done or if you even started working on it, finally get a call on a Tuesday that it wasn't, had it for over a month without me knowing what was being done or if you even started working on it, finally get a call on a Tuesday that it will be done that Friday, Friday comes and get a call saying it's not done but they had a loaner for me, then I finally get it back the next Thursday. They said they only have 4 loaners but have had cars they have been working on for 10 months, and if that's the case why not get more loaners or be like the dealer near me that just let me take one of their used cars when they didn't have one instead of making me go over 2 months without a vehicle. More

Didn't check air in tires, no checking hoses or anything other than oil. If I'm not mistaken these are advertised as part of your oil changes.
