The super sale that we participated in was absolutely horrible. Not only was it extremely high pressured it was extremely unorganized. We had to come back to the dealership multiple times to get everythi horrible. Not only was it extremely high pressured it was extremely unorganized. We had to come back to the dealership multiple times to get everything finalized. When something went wrong with the car that we bought during that supercell the super sale team wanted us to buy another car which was going to add another payment that we could not afford onto and already bad situation. Instead of working with us to try to find a way to get the car fixed they just wanted us to buy another one. That felt extremely disrespectful. The regular staff of whites did a little bit better, but still made us feel like they were only looking for a resolution that would help them get rid of us. They were not looking to improve or continue the relationship that we had with them. We have bought cars from whites for over a decade but will probably never come back because of this past experience More
