Buying two vehicles from the same place, by two different owners is unbelievable. And it continues, even with my last service appointment. I'm definitely done with this place owners is unbelievable. And it continues, even with my last service appointment. I'm definitely done with this place More

They did a great job. My wife was a little confused about about air and cabin filters. They showed them which she thought was great. A great bunch of folks. My wife was a little confused about about air and cabin filters. They showed them which she thought was great. A great bunch of folks. More
Service was transparent, but very much overpriced. Asking over $800 for a typically $250 repair. Asking over $800 for a typically $250 repair. More
OK. Twelve solicitations for a survey response is sufficient. Especially since I've already completed one. Twelve solicitations for a survey response is sufficient. Especially since I've already completed one. More

We have been loyal customers of both Sisk and White’s service department for over 10 years. We have had great service and their advisors/technicians have always been super professional as well as courage service department for over 10 years. We have had great service and their advisors/technicians have always been super professional as well as courageous. However over the past 6 months the service there has been noticeably different. They have tried to sell us 4 tires when 2 of the tires had just been put on my wife’s vehicle less than 90 days prior and the advisor was rude/unprofessional. The most recent visit was for our son’s Nissan Sentra that needed a transmission fluid exchange. The evening after the fluid exchange service was conducted his transmission started slipping badly. I took the car in the next morning asking if maybe it needed more fluid or if they could tell me what was causing it and if it would require more work as I fully understood that it was an older Sentra with nearly 100k miles. The service manager Rob came out of his office and was quite direct/assertive when he approached me and began telling me it wasn’t the fault of his shop. I explained that I wasn’t accusing or implying that his techs were at fault. I am upset about some other things said by him but will not elaborate due to the subjective nature of the context of that discussion. I went ahead and left the car with them to investigate the issue. Later that day I was called and informed my car needed a new transmission and that it would be over 6k. I was initially going to say yes to the repairs but wanted to think about it a bit due to it being so expensive and the car being older with nearly 100k miles. I called Matthews Nissan in Clarksville for a price quote and they quoted the job at nearly 1k less and also asked if I was military and gave me a 10% discount on top of that quote. I brought the car in that day and they had the transmission ordered and replaced in less than 24 hrs. They also replaced a positive battery cable that White’s quoted me $62 to replace for $16. Previously we have always chosen White’s service department even if they were a little more due to the convenience and our satisfaction/trust with the staff. More
