The dealership was very welcoming and accommodating to my two toddlers and myself! The room they put us in had two tablets for them to play while we waited. The staff was friendly. I made an appt. to have my oil changed. The morning I brought it in, I had explained that I had to jump my car 2 times before I brought it in for servicing. I woul to have my oil changed. The morning I brought it in, I had explained that I had to jump my car 2 times before I brought it in for servicing. I wouldn't even turn the car off when I pulled into the bay area. The service asst. called to tell me that my battery was fine, it needed cleaning where the corrosion was, yet I needed spark plugs and brake & coolant fluids. I checked the pricing that was quoted in January for the same services and they were much higher. I agreed to pick up my car with none of those items being performed. When I went to start my car after paying for my oil change & cleaning of the battery, my car wouldn't start. They pulled it back in and were so confused that the computer didn't give any indicators that the battery needed replacing. I decided to take my car elsewhere. The service asst. Marcus was very professional and helpful. I explained that this was not his fault. He said he would call and work something out with me after he spoke with his manager. He did in fact call within the next few hours and I declined the offer to bring it back in to work something out. I have been pleased through the years having you service my Murano, in fact this is my second Murano. I've recently purchased an Acura RDX and will be turning over my Murano to my grand-daughter. I have since found a mechanic that will be servicing the Murano. I appreciate you all through the years. More
