Everyone there was super friendly and welcoming. I went for an oil change and tire rotation and they got me in and out with a quickness.....even let me know I had 2 free oil changes from when I boug I went for an oil change and tire rotation and they got me in and out with a quickness.....even let me know I had 2 free oil changes from when I bought my car (from another dealer) that I didn't know about, so it cost me nothing! I'll definitely be going back. Good people! More

This is as my first visit and I was very impressed with everyone whom I interacted. I had a problem with my brakes while shopping in Hopkinsville. Even though it was already 5:30 pm I was welcomed by Ther everyone whom I interacted. I had a problem with my brakes while shopping in Hopkinsville. Even though it was already 5:30 pm I was welcomed by Theron as I pulled into the dealership. He went over and beyond to get me help. He personally escorted me to Tony in the Nissan service dept. Tony took care of my service needs and made an appt for the next day. Kim at the service desk reached out to me the next morning and walked me through the process to get my Titan serviced. What could have been a horrible situation turned into a positive. I plan to continue all my service needs at White’s. They will also be my first stop when looking to buy a new vehicle! Thanks to everyone that assisted me with your excellent customer service!! More
